     Boundary Adventures help you self-regulate your emotions, your mind's fixations and your body's associated unpleasant sensations. They reveal how your body and emotions are influenced by contact with Others (any person, situation, emotion, substance, ideology…), and how your feelings associated with anxiety, joy, anger and sadness, impact your on-going social interactions.

 

     Play Boundary Adventures and you’ll soon learn to become aware of, and manage, fast-acting body experiences and unexpected events that occur at an implicit level that are often beneath awareness. These subtle impulses become your guide to inform your journey to awakening to your authentic self in relationship. The ways in which your body-mind picks up and sends back the implicit emotional communications of others are made obvious as you explore the interactive dynamics presented by Boundary Adventures.

     Boundary Adventures change old habits of response into new, healthier ways of being. You’ll rehearse new solutions to old problems. You’ll learn to stay externally calm and internally resourceful as you face the intricate intimacies of life. More aware of this truth while out in the world, this gives you a way of creating a safe distance, or separation from conflicts, and a deeper connection with your Self when you are in contact with Others

 

     Boundary Adventures guide you to discover the interplay between emotional restraint (containment) and emotional release (spreading). This interaction between holding and letting go is a central component when you want to self-regulate your emotions. Learn to manage containing and spreading your life-energy and you’ll be able to release strong feelings and body tensions through appropriate and acceptable channels. 

    

      Boundary Adventures help you learn to experience intense emotions in small doses. It won’t take too long until you begin to recognize and trust the level at which you can tolerate the influx and honest expression of feeling. Some players find new levels of support when they actually access and express their emotions via their body. Your fears of exposure, abandonment, engulfment, angry attack, loss of control, and your own destructive impulses, become an arena for your personal growth when you play Boundary Adventures.
